About Us - Our History
End Time Harvest Ministries, Inc. (ETHM) is a non-profit organization founded in 1996 and is based in Prince George’s County, Maryland. With “Healing Communities by Healing our Youth” as its vision and charge, ETHM earned the distinguished Maryland Nonprofits Award―Standards for Excellence (SFE) Accreditation―under Reverend Gail A. Addison’s leadership, the founder and President/CEO. This award is granted to less than 1% of Prince George’s County’s nonprofit organizations. Reverend Addison’s life mission, and that of ETHM, is to advocate for at risk and underserved youth and their families. As an ordained minister and tireless community servant, Reverend Addison’s faith in God and her compassion for people fuels her tenacious pursuit of education, health, race, economic and social equity for all. As an “urban warrior”, she willingly invests her time, God-given talents, and treasures in building and empowering youth to lead and impact the health and wealth of Port Towns and other Prince George’s County (PGC) communities. Strengthening families is ETHM’s ultimate goal, and for 24 years, ETHM has equipped more than six thousand students and families with life skills by linking students’ academic performance to experiential learning and community service.

ETHM’s leader and community builder, Rev. Addison, has created many programs and initiatives that significantly impact the confidence, academic performance, and character of children and youth. ETHM’s curricula are designed to inspire young people to demonstrate their leadership skills through youth-led initiatives.

“We’ve come this far by faith, leaning on the Lord” is what you will often hear Reverend Addison say as she shares of ETHM’s accomplishments. She attributes these to her strong faith, a fervent work ethic, her parents, grandmother, family, and to her many wonderful mentors and friends. She says, “I am privileged to be chosen by God to serve people; therefore, I am always striving for a more excellent way of “Healing Communities by Healing our Youth”. ~Reverend Gail A. Addison
