The Youth Development and Empowerment Model (YDEM) was designed by the Reverend Gail A. Addison, President of ETHM, as a template for replication in any community that seeks to effectively involve youth in its community revitalization and economic development initiatives.  ETHM’s Youth Skills Development Model provides a rubric of YDEM components and benefits in matrix format.  YDEM programs effectively link youth and their parents to the social and economic resources that in turn grow their communities and Prince Georges’s County at large.
