End Time Harvest Ministries (ETHM) designed the Youth Development and Empowerment Model (YDEM) as a template for replication in any community that seeks to effectively involve youth in its community revitalization and economic development initiatives.



ETHM ASSUMPTIONS
Youth are community stakeholders who ensure sustainability.
 Youth must be educated by community leaders and stakeholders.
Youth need social, spiritual (moral) and economic education.
Youth must play an active role in community revitalization and economic development planning and implementation processes.
Youth must reflect the qualities and morals desired in communities.
Youth must be developed at the community level for leadership.
Youth must be empowered with relevant education and resources.
